About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to play a key role in documenting a new flagship, multi-platform IT system. This role is critical to supporting the implementation, adoption, and ongoing management of a business-critical system.

You will translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and accessible documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. Your work will ensure stakeholders, from developers and analysts to senior leaders, can efficiently use and manage the system.

This role is ideal for a self-driven, problem-solving professional who thrives in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements and can produce high-quality documentation independently and consistently.
