The Role:
Gather information from team meetings, product specifications, interviews with subject-matter experts, and direct interaction with systems. Create DITA XML-based documentation for early access and initial GA versions of the product. Maintain and update product documentation for multiple software versions as the product changes. Gather and address feedback from multiple sources. Work independently and rapidly to meet tight deadlines. Required: Familiarity with storage concepts. Substantial experience with creating DITA XML-based documentation. Experience using Git and GitHub for version control. Ability to comply with style guidelines. Excellent writing and grammar skills.
