Position Overview

As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality documentation that clearly communicates technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Key Responsibilities

• User Guide Creation and Maintenance: drafting new user guides for software; updating existing user guides.
• Collaboration and Content Development: collaborating with software developers and subject matter experts to create and draft user guides and release notes.
• Release Notes Documentation: drafting and compiling release notes for software following standardized formatting and writing guidelines.
