Purpose of the Job
The Technical Writer is responsible for creating, managing, and continuously improving technical documentation for Black Box’s product portfolio, with a strong focus on KVM, AV, and Io T solutions that enable our Control Room & Command Canter strategy. This role works closely with Product Management, R&D, and cross-functional teams to ensure documentation is accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with product lifecycles and customer needs. The writer will also leverage AI-driven tools and processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability of content development.
