Purpose

As a Technical Trainer, your mission is to deliver world‑class technical and operator training that supports KWV’s strategic and operational objectives. You will develop, facilitate, and lead training plans for KWV employees to enhance skills development across the business.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Minimum 5–7 years’ production experience within an FMCG environment, with strong people development exposure
• Engineering‑related experience (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or chemical) would be advantageous
• Experience in developing and facilitating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training manuals, and assessment guides
