Technical Trainer

This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious Technical Trainer to join a fast-growth electronics training organisation delivering high-quality IPC training across the UK. Youll use your hands-on expertise in PCB assembly, wiring, soldering, and rework/repair to train and mentor engineers of all levels, and youll play a central role in shaping future industry talent. The Technical Trainer will: Be comfortable with Nationwide travel (mostly in Gloucestershire, Cheltenham, Tewkesbury areas). Deliver high-quality, engaging training in PCB and wiring assembly, hand soldering, and rework/repair in alignment with IPC standards. Train, mentor, and coach individuals and groups with varying levels of technical experience. Confidently deliver structured training sessions on client sites and within dedicated training facilities.
