Technical Trainer

Your team’s dynamic:

Genetec is currently seeking a Technical Trainer. We are looking for a dynamic, responsive individual, able to work well in a fast-paced, lively environment. You will be responsible for delivering training on Genetec products at Genetec training locations and partner offices. When not teaching, you will be working from your home office preparing for future training sessions and updating existing training content. This position requires frequent travel within the assigned commercial territory, and occasionally overseas.

What your day will look like:

+ Deliver technical training to Genetec customers, resellers, distributors, and internal staff

+ Update existing training material to reflect changes in new product releases

+ Create training presentations, manuals, course outlines, and digital references

+ Contribute to improve training documentation and tools
