Technical Trainer I

**Job Description Summary**
The Technical Training Instructor will support the Technical Training Specialist and serve as the primary facilitator for new hire orientations and ongoing technical upskilling within the Aero Training Academy.
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, standardized training, with a focus that enables every technician—from day one—to support business priorities such as Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost for Aero Alliance. This position also assists with classroom logistics, training equipment maintenance and set up and participant oversight.
