Technical Trainer - ERP

This role is required to be on site and work first shift: M-F, 8:00am-4:00pm with overtime and weekends as needed.

Job Summary:

The Technical Trainer – ERP is responsible for ensuring the production team effectively utilizes the ERP system by developing, maintaining, and delivering training programs, documentation, and best practices. Serves as the subject matter expert for ERP-related processes, training materials, and user support.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Document procedures for utilizing ERP system properly.
-Train employees how to properly use the ERP systems – printing labels, moving inventory between warehouse, etc.
-Work with warehouse team to improve accuracy of material movements within ERP system.
-Responsible for closing out production jobs in a timely manner and accurately reporting remaining inventory for the job.
