**The Work:**

ICF seeks a hands-on, Technical Team Lead to support a federal data and analytics program, focused on business and infrastructure operations, data platforms, and analytics environments.

This role blends technical leadership with hands-on operational support, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability of enterprise data systems. The Technical Team Lead will guide a team responsible for platform operations, data pipelines, and analytics environments, while actively contributing to troubleshooting, optimization, and system improvements.
