Resolve trading desktop issues, supporting rd party market data applications and provide st line for in house trading applications. Troubleshoot and provide resolution to issues related to IT hardware. Support of Citrix virtual desktop environments; Xendesktop and XenApp.Installation, configuration and support of mobile devices.
