What is the job role?

Provide technical support for Terberg DTS engineers and service support employees and ensure that acceptable levels of customer satisfaction are achieved by engineering technicians deployed by Terberg to customers sites are trained to the highest standard. Provide effective customer service and build relationships with both internal and external customers. Carry out productive work as required focusing on specialist engine / electrical / diagnostic work throughout all areas. Carry out all necessary technical training of internal technicians. Carry out technical inspections or use technical manuals and diagnostic techniques to find and repair inoperable or defective machine parts, components or systems using a variety of test equipment.
