Configure and maintain systems, applications, and user accounts. Perform system updates, patches, and maintenance. Resolve server, application, and database-related issues when possible. Manage IT Inventory for Hardware and Software Assets. Maintain documentation for all technical support incidents. Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support.
