Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Representative based in Lahore. The Technical Support Representative will be responsible for assisting customers by resolving technical issues, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
Expertise in Technical Support, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues
