Technical Support Representative

Job Description :

• Coordinate technical sales activities related to perspective accounts.
• Develop formal sales proposals.
• Learn relevant solution sets, architectures and full product line specifications.
• Set-up and operate equipment for customer demonstrations and evaluations.
• Support customers and partners with industry, technical, and product knowledge
• Provide technical and sales support for accounts in assigned territory.
• Participate in technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects.

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, IT
• Good understanding of ADC, IA, Mobility both software and hardware would be a must.
• Ability to apply solutions, technology and products to a business opportunity
• Ability to implement, drive and track projects
• Ability to coordinate across various groups and functional teams.
• Work independently
