Splace BPO is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Representative to join our team on-site. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide first-level technical support, performing basic troubleshooting to resolve client software issues and ensure a seamless service experience.Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical contact via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. Diagnose and resolve common technical issues across the client's platform, including mobile applications and web portals, using basic troubleshooting steps. Escalate complex or unresolved problems to Tier 2 support or engineering teams with complete and accurate documentation. Maintain professional client communication and ensure timely updates on the status of their issues. Accurately document all support interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
