Technical Support Officer Alcohol and Compliance

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll provide accurate, timely and clear advice on alcohol licensing, resource management, bylaw compliance and parking‑related matters. You’ll work closely with customers, reporting agencies and the District Licensing Committee to ensure applications are processed efficiently, legislative requirements are met and high‑quality administrative support is delivered across Compliance activities.

Day‑to‑day, you’ll be the first point of support for customers navigating alcohol licensing and related compliance processes. You’ll manage enquiries, guide applicants through each stage of the process, vet applications against legislative requirements, and prepare licences, certificates and correspondence for approval.
