Responsibilities

• List of punch list of rectification and correction
• Educating Installer of Standard Installation Procedure
• Creation and Submission of Audit Report
• Start Up (T&C):
• Testing Commisioning of installed AC (RAC, CAC, FJM, DVM) on Site
• Creation and Submission of report and documents needed for warranty
• Technical Support (Phone and On Site):
• Providing Second level of trouble shooting to client/ASC
• Educating Client/ASC of standard troubleshooting base on manual
• Guiding and Instructing ASC during major repairs
• Creation and submission of details technical report or root cause analysis report

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience in HVAC systems, AC installation, or service support.
