Technical Support Manager

Job Description :

• Analyse competitor and evaluate NPD ideas for local market
• Support internal and external customers by visiting them regularly to make presentations and provide Technical training
• Support Marketing & Technical manager to develop credible professional tools to educate and persuade key customer Groups to use more plasterboard in walls
• Help project teams to undertake design proposals / budgetary pricing / submission documentation for high end projects throughout Vietnam
• Implement development program including classroom training & practical training and to monitor training throughout the year

• Bachelor’s degree – Civil or construction majors
• 5 years’ experience in the construction market
• Presentation skills
• Strong at coaching & having trainer experience
• Good English & Vietnamese communication
• Energetic, creative, outgoing & pleasant personality
