We are looking for a technical support manager to lead the delivery of technical and operational support for our uncrewed surface vessel (USV) systems within Seakit. This role plays a key part in improving the performance, reliability and uptime of our systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of technical support engineers, fostering a collaborative and accountable environment.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Manage priorities, workload and resource allocation across support activities.
