We are looking to hire a Technical Support Lead (TSL) to manage the Groups IT equipment such as computers, database software, network servers and CCTV equipment.

Responsibilities:

The Technical Support Lead (TSL) core duties involve maintaining all IT software and hardware repair, installation, and maintenance, it will also include.

• Identify and recommend for procurement, hardware and software needed to meet the Group’s requirements at all units.

• Assist in procurement of technological equipment and supplies.
