Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Technical Support & Shopify Development Intern to join our growing team. This is a fully remote internship designed to transition into a full-time position based on performance.
If you are passionate about eCommerce, problem-solving, and client interaction, this opportunity will give you hands-on experience working on live Shopify projects from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Shopify technical support (theme issues, product setup, app integration, troubleshooting, etc.)
Assist in Shopify store development and customization
Manage and communicate with clients professionally (chat, email, meetings)
Handle product uploads, collections, and store configurations
Support app installation and basic customization
Test features and ensure smooth website functionality
Document issues and coordinate with the development team
Help improve store performance and user experience
