Salary: $3000 - $4000 Working Hour: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 6.00pm Location: Ubi Permanent Role + AWS + Variable Bonus
Responsibilities: Handle technical support cases on-site and via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Perform on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance. Escalate and liaise with vendors on technical issues when required. Conduct product training and demonstrations for clients or users. Support internal product repair and training activities. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, IT, or related field. At least 4 years of relevant experience.
