Technical Support Engineer

Job Description

• Pro-active and re-active Service and Maintenance of Audio-Visual Equipment on customers premises throughout Philippines
• Responsible for safe and correct diagnosis of faults, removal, repair, test, implementation, and operation of all aspects of audio visual, projectors, video conference, display, and presentation technologies
• Installation and servicing of AV systems in the most efficient and effective manner to ensure minimum downtime and maximum performance

Qualifications

• BS Electronics and Communication Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• 2+ years of audiovisual repair/servicing experience are required
• Knowledge in audio-visual systems, auxiliary, electrical equipment and construction/installation projects
• Good communication and project management skills
• Licensed ECE or EE is an advantage
