Technical support engineer

About the Job:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Support Engineer at New Delhi, India to provide expert assistance for our robotics and industrial automation solutions. In this role, you will support customers in configuring, operating, and troubleshooting automation components such as AC & DC Servos, PLCs, HMIs, and other robotics solutions. Your ability to solve complex technical problems and communicate clearly will be critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and system reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide front-line technical support (Pre-sales and after sales) to company’s agent and OEM customers for industrial automation and robotics systems
Troubleshoot issues related to PLC programming, motion control, HMI configuration, servo drives, and robotic integration for the customers
Assist customers with product setup, system commissioning, and firmware/software updates
Deliver remote diagnostics and support using industry-standard tools
