Technical Support Engineer – Japanese Speaker

Salary: Up to RM18,000

Working Hours: 8am – 5pm Mon–Fri (subject to change)

Location: Bukit Jalil, Malaysia

What You'll Do:

Provide technical support

Troubleshoot complex issues and guide customers with expert solutions

Participate in projects around tools, knowledge management, and solutions

Requirements

Must have:

• Language Proficiency: Japanese JLPT N1, JLPT N2 are preferred. If we propose JLPT N3, they need to go through language assessment with the existing team.
• Experience in OS (Linux) administration and an appropriate level of network knowledge from a technical perspective to be successful in this position.
• Experience with the following systems is a requirement: UNIX (Linux, Solaris, AIX, HP-UX), Windows, and Mac OS X
