Duties and Responsibilities
Handling the Tech issues from customer. Conducting product related documents, Solution & Marketing base documents. Conducting the training & education materials. Delivering external training & education. Supporting Sales & regular marketing events. Coordinating and participating product development and activities. Supporting & assisting project on-site debugging & lab testing.
Requirements
Familiar with TCP/IP, Network Protocols and trouble shooting skills. With International Certification (in IT & Network & Project Management field) is a plus. (CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, PMP, ITIL...) 1 or 2 years or above experience in Network field (Ethernet Switch, Security, Wireless, Home Router, Storage...), above is a plus.
