Technical Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities:1.Responsible for on-site installation, grid-connected testing, commissioning, and after-sales service of energy storage system products.2.Manage commissioning documentation and tools for energy storage power stations, and prepare commissioning plans and reports.3.Summarize and analyze on-site project issues, and provide feedback on solutions to relevant technical and process departments.4.Conduct product training for customers and prepare operation manuals and training materials in both Chinese and English.Qualifications:1.Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical automation or a related field, with at least three years of experience in electrical commissioning or similar roles.2.Familiar with the working principles of subsystems in energy storage power stations and capable of independently completing commissioning tasks.3.Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and a good sense of teamwork and customer service.4.Proficient in office softwar...
