Duties and responsibilities 
- Respond to tickets raised by customers via ticket system and phone calls
-  Troubleshoot network, server and software issues
-  Following up with customers to ensure the problem is resolved
-  Setup products and services to activate and secure successful handovers from sales
-  Work closely with the Technical Support team in other locations worldwide
