Job Description
We are looking a Support Analyst for a global lifestyle footwear brand, recognized for combining biomechanical engineering with contemporary fashion.
Experience with monitoring/alerting tools (e.g. Grafana, Kibana, Datadog, New Relic, PagerDuty, Zabbix, or similar) are super valuable, and professionals with those skills would be prioritized
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer requests
- Tracking issues via JIRA
- Investigating incidents, detecting problems, following written guides to resolve, escalating problems to Dev or Infrastructure team, compiling reports and participating in customer meetings.
Requirements
The candidate will need to be aware of the some of the following platforms and technologies:
- General understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (Agile/Scrum)
- General understanding of cloud computing (GCP / AWS / Azure)
