Technical Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of technicians and engineers, fostering collaboration, skill growth, and high performance in server rack production.
• Testing Coordination: Manage the crews shift arrangement among the Technician.

Job Requirements:

• Required to work in shift
• 3 years related working experience in Manufacturing environment
• Preferably in Electronics or Computer Engineering Degree
• Strong in Project & People management
• Networking and data center management knowledge will be added advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Gantt Chart
• Added advantage – Knowledge in any programming, not required to write however ability to understand test framework in Python, Linux is added advantage
