Lakehead University invites applications from qualified individuals to join the Department of Computer Science as Technical Staff (Computer Laboratory Technician – Level B) at the Barrie STEM Hub. The successful candidate will provide instructional support to undergraduate Computer Science laboratories, as well as technical support for departmental computing infrastructure, including teaching labs and High-Performance Computing (HPC) systems, and research support to faculty and graduate students. Reporting to the Chair of the Department of Computer Science, the Technician will support the delivery of laboratory components for HBSc programs, assist with the configuration and maintenance of lab and HPC environments, and contribute to a student-centered learning and research environment.
