Technical Specialist

This role is a key customer-facing position responsible for providing technical support, resolving post-sale issues, and supporting warranty activity related to axle and suspension systems. It is well suited to a mechanically inclined professional who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, cross-functional collaboration, and customer interaction.

Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Consulting with customers after the sale to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
• Assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
• Providing input into product design engineering based on field feedback.
• Responding to, evaluating, and expediting warranty claims.
• Estimating installation or repair costs.
• Investigating customer issues using a hands-on, mechanically inclined approach...
