Technical Specialist (Technical Associate) at BD

Full Time, On Site – Permanent position, 12hour night shift (7pm to 7am), shift pattern 3/4/4/3.

• Maintain machines to meet production output and other metrics such as quality and waste.
• Perform preventive maintenance – cleaning, service, and replacement.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot machine and tool failures to satisfy production targets, safety, and quality standards/specifications.
• Execute product/machine changeovers on the line by tool/die change and machine set‑up.
• Initiate, implement, and follow‑up on machine enhancement projects.
• Write standard work instructions/procedures for assigned operations/processes.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in training and coaching of technicians and new hires on machine operations and adjustments.
