Technical Shopfloor Engineer (Contract, Site‑based, Broughton area)

We are working with a manufacturing business that operates in the Aerospace sector, designing, manufacturing and delivering industry‑leading commercial aircraft, as well as a separate Space and Defence division.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and solve technical issues on the shopfloor.
• Provide an end‑to‑end perspective at the shopfloor level within the production team / APT.
• Support continuous production enablement.
• Identify non‑conformance on the shopfloor.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Working with regulatory requirements and constraints.
• Project management skills.
