Job Description
+ Supervises the day-to-day delivery of high-quality technical services for certain product groups.
+ Monitors daily productivity and quality of work and allocates resources as required.
+ Supervises technical services projects concurrently and ensures completion within time frames.
+ Evaluates products according to requirements of the national/international standards and precedent decisions.
+ Makes technical decisions.
+ Develops, monitors and reports Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent and high-quality deliverables and overall team performance.
+ Manages the performance of the team.
+ Manages the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensures that all policies are understood and adhered to.
