ROLE SUMMARY:
The Services Scheduler for the After Sales and Service team will be responsible for scheduling the deployment of technical personnel for the execution of service projects within the Cambridge Life Sciences Division, including travel deployments to customer sites and load balancing the team when they are not traveling. This role requires working closely with Applications Engineering Manager, Project Managers, Team Leads, Shop Managers, and Global Service Partners.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing requests to schedule and assign technical service personnel to projects with the intent to meet schedules and budget.
- Create and manage the resource schedule and loading for all projects.
- Manage incoming quoting requests, assign personnel and follow up with assignees to meet deadlines.
