Job Description

Equans is looking for a Technical Services Manager - Mechanical to join our team in Wakefield on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.
The Technical Services Manager (TSM) is part of the team of site-based leads for all mechanical, electrical and building fabric technical service delivery. 

The main responsibilities include the management of the maintenance teams, including specialist subcontractors to ensure the safe and continuous operation of the hospital. 

The role incorporates participation on the 24hr on-call rota as part of the local escalation procedures.

What will you deliver?All activities within the Technical Services team to meet and exceed the contracted service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
