Job Description
We are looking for a technically strong leader from a Facilities Management background who can manage engineering teams, drive performance, oversee critical electrical and mechanical systems, and work closely with the Facility Manager and client stakeholders to ensure high standards of service delivery and asset protection.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise and manage the day-to-day performance of the Operations & Maintenance engineering team
Ensure statutory, routine and contractual PPM compliance is maintained between 95–100% month on month
Act as, or work towards appointment as, SAP and HVAP Electrical Authorised Person for the sites
Plan, support and direct HV shutdowns, critical switching and safe systems of work
Allocate work tickets and preventative maintenance tasks and ensure completion within SLA
Review, edit and maintain SOPs, MOPs and EOPs to support safe site opera...
