Technical Services Manager

Background

• Working for companies similar size or complexity as BRP
• Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical, Mechatronic, manufacturing or electrical career
• A minimum of 10 years in maquiladora and/or automotive industry
• Proven experience as maintenance manager and Engineering manager 6 years minimum.

Experience

• Strong Leadership skills
• Financial Budget preparation and follow up (OPEX/CAPEX)
• Business Continuity Plan (Preparation and Execution)
• Lead Cost Reduction initiatives
• Safety Management System implementation (Participate)
• Knowledge of Mexican and international standards such as NOM, OSHA, ISO‑9001, ANSI, NFPA & FM Global
• Participate in compliance with the Quality Management System, Purchasing and Cyber Security Policies
• Risk Management and Change Management
• Strong knowledge in Lean and problem‑solving tools
