We’re looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead a specialist repair and service operation, with a strong focus on Apple macOS devices and high-quality technical delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven Apple hardware repair expertise, current or previous ACMT certification, and strong people management skills who wants to step into a visible leadership role within a growing technology business.

You’ll manage a small team of skilled technicians and administrators while remaining hands-on with advanced diagnostics, repairs, escalations, and operational oversight.
