**Technical Service Specialist (Diagnostic Division)**

For our **Abbott Diagnostics Division** we are looking for a talented, well-motivated person to join our filed support team in Croatia as a Technical Service Specialist. This will be a field-based role requiring daily travelling across assigned area (mostly central Croatia).

**PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION**

The Technical Service Specialist is responsible for providing level two support to our customer base – handling installations, complex repairs, longer duration instrument hardware or software upgrades and providing basic training to customers and Abbott Ambassadors.

**MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES**

+ Perform new customers and laboratory site inspections for new contract / tender preparations and design for new installations
