2. Principal Accountabilities:

a) Fully complies with HPU policy and Local EHS regulation
b) Maintains and optimizes the innovation portfolio for composite
Identifies customer’s activities and needs
Develops the products as the marketing requirements
c) Provides technical support/training for the key customers and distributors
Provides product/technical introduction to new customer
Ensures the customer understanding HPU product portfolio
Provides technical solution and develop the products as customer’s requirements
Communicates with customer to identify the trials and follows the feedback
