Technical Service Representative (Full Time)

Job Summary

We’re hiring immediately for a technical service representative, also called service agent. In this role you will take care of our customers’ service and repair needs. No experience required – your everyday tech use gives you a great foundation, and we’ll provide the training you need to assist our customers.

Responsibilities

• Create an amazing customer experience at the service desk
• Provide delivery and installation services for our customers in their homes
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are well maintained
• Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract
• Successful completion of criminal background check
