Key Responsibilities
Support ongoing activities at automotive production facilities. Understand concerns, collect data, take appropriate actions, and resolve problems. Ensure plant operations are functional and provide proactive support as needed. Communicate updates with technical and account management teams, direct on-site team activity, and ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines are always followed. Resolve inquiries, monitor application processes, oversee consignment inventory, manage material ordering, and provide hands-on support; followed by a written daily shift report. Hold weekly meetings with technical experts to review test reports. Use digital tools (ETQ, SAM, Daily Dashboard as requested). Support any special projects as needed. Provide sales support to maintain and expand business and ensure effective start-up of new products.Qualifications
