Job Description :

• Ensure the provision/delivery of all support to Sales Team and Technical Operations team around the key areas of: nutritional formulation, additive support at customer level, farm management advice, management of solutions via software, etc.
• On-going training of our Sales/Technical Teams
• Champion proprietary software where relevant
• Ensure that concepts and products are connected to customer and prospects systematically via conducting and supporting trials. He/she will ensure the data will translate into added value for our customer
• Ensures development, deployment and success of Proof of performances (POP) of solutions and product offering for the consumption of the sales team and clients
• Communicate information on solutions and products effectively both orally as well as in written format to stakeholders (ie. Sales people, distributors, customers or colleagues)
