Technical Service Engineer - Portugal

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end technical support for residential and C&I energy storage systems in Portugal, covering pre-sales solution design and post-sales technical support.
• Work closely with sales teams, distributors, and installers to understand customer requirements, develop ESS system solutions, and support technical discussions throughout the sales process.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including system layouts, single-line diagrams (SLD), BOMs, and basic technical calculations.
• Support system installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution through remote and on-site support when required.
• Ensure system designs and technical support activities comply with Portuguese and European electrical standards, grid connection requirements, and industry best practices.
