If you’re the type of person who pulls things apart to understand how they work, this role will make sense to you.

We’re looking for someone practical and curious who enjoys working with hardware, troubleshooting issues, and building systems properly. This is not a ticket closing role. You will be hands on with real equipment every day.

The Role

You’ll work in a workshop environment supporting a wide range of IT systems, from desktops and laptops through to enterprise servers, storage and networking infrastructure.

Your day to day will include:

• Building and configuring servers, storage and networking equipment
• Testing, troubleshooting and repairing hardware
• Diagnosing faults and bringing failed equipment back to life
