Technical Service Agent

Ecowize is seeking an entry-level Technical Service Agent responsible for ensuring that satellite units remain fully operational by performing preventative maintenance in accordance with the service schedule. The role also involves continuously identifying opportunities for improvement to optimise resources; including manpower, energy, and water - through effective utilisation of industrial washing systems and participation in time-study initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that customer needs are met by providing technical expertise to site manager, cleaning team, technical sales consultant, and customer.
• Manage, resolve complaints, and advise internal/external stakeholders on corrective action.
• Managing of the budget and ensuring that maintenance and cost are kept as low as possible, this includes asset management and driving of efficiencies and innovation.
