RESPONSIBILITIES

Coach Squad

- Promote transparency, accountability, self-management

- Create a safe space, promote trust, empowerment

- Promote and guide Agile adoption

Ensure Jira data consistency

- Perform common checks to ensure program reporting data consistency

- Ensure that squad activities are reflected on Jira issues. -

- Update Jira issues in order to reflect ML status

Guiding Squad/s planning

- Ensuring PO is clear on Squad ambition & setting sprint / PI goals.

- Support the PO in order to allocate backlog stories to sprints according to overall program milestones and priorities.

- Support the squad during stories estimation:

- Propose story points criteria aligned to Agile best practices.

- Highlight previous sprints story points allocation and use that for the new sprint / PI planning
